Now that you have cleaned everything that is not needed on your computer, you have to tidy up all the remaining bits that are required, to do this go Click Here

Click the download now button, you will be taken to another page. If you are on Windows XP you will have to click the yellow information bar at the top of your screen and click download file. Otherwise simply 'RUN'.If you are on Vista, click the option to save at the bottom left of your screen.

You may be presented with a security warning, this is fine so just click 'RUN', select your language,click next and select the I agree radio button then click next. Decide if you want to recieve updates or the news letter and click next. Continue to click next and install the software and click finish.

If the smart defrag window does not open then double click the icon on your desktop. Select the drive you want to defrag, this is generally the 'C' drive and click start. The scan process will start and dependant on the size of your drive the whole process may take quite a long time. The red areas shown are the fragmented files on your drive, the more red the worse the problem. The process will sort all these red bits into order and when finished you should have healthy looking drive so finish the process and exit.
